Natalie Brasington is an advertising and entertainment portrait photographer based in New York City. Often focusing on Comedic portraiture, Natalie strives to shed light on the “something extra” that lurks just below the surface and makes the viewer do a double-take (She has photographed the likes of Amy Schumer, Bob Saget, and Kevin Nealon just to name a few.)
“Behind the Lens” will be held Thursday, July 12, at Room 33 and is sponsored by the Northwestern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. The session will highlight lessons and insights Natalie has gained from the commercial world (advertising and entertainment); the ways she’s leveraged those experiences to impact non-profit work; her new business model – and how she arrived to where she is (and where she’s going from here).
The event will include a 45-minute presentation, Q&A to follow and networking with Natalie afterward. Cost to attend the event is $15 for members and students / $25 for non-members and includes light Hors d’oeuvres and one complimentary beer or house wine.
